NYS Design System 2025 wrapped

Visit our NYS Design System 2025 Wrapped page to see our highlighted accomplishments for the Design System over the last year. We shipped 34 releases featuring a lot of capabilities and configuration options. Design Tokens made available as CSS variables will transform any old UI into an NYS-branded UI in a short amount of time!

Figma updates

Today we’re launching PREVIEW versions of our new table and datepicker components.

  • Table - The table component is ready to use in your Figma designs. (Code is close to release!)
  • Datepicker - The datepicker component is ready to use in your Figma designs, too!

Leo Vogel and Kristin Sorrentino updated these important components!

Bug fixes

  • Stepper voiceover bugfix
  • Begin JSDoc documentation for code components
  • Fix RTL support in nys-alert and nys-button
  • Fixed readonly and required props interfering with each other
  • Added more tests to some components

Emily Gorelik and Robert Chen fix broken things.
